Transparency

Transparency is an important issue for me with my Parsley-Lane Blog (parsley-lane.blog/.net). So I would like to point out some basic ideas that I follow here:

  1. The Parsley-Lane Blog is a personal blog, not a business. Accordingly, the main purpose of this blog is not to make money (not-for-profit).
  2. I do not intend to mock or judge. My goal with the Parsley-Lane Blog is to inspire my readers to look at food as a means for positive change, both personally and socially. I also want to raise awareness of the impact that mindful eating in general can have on resource use and ecological balance (for more information, see [InfoByteSized] and check the nutritional information of your national health services and international environmental information systems). I also want to share my passion for good food. And I want to honor our great shared cultural heritage of eating and celebrating together.
  3. I will use this blog to raise awareness and possibly funds for social, cultural or environmental projects. The funds will not go to me, but directly to the causes and charities involved (donations).
  4. If I use this blog for projects that raise money themselves, I will make it transparent on this blog how the money is spent (again: for social, cultural or environmental projects).
  5. If you have any questions or problems regarding the topics I cover in this blog, or if you have suggestions for additional information, please contact me via the reader mail form. Please understand that I am not interested in being associated with any ideological movement or political opinion. I only point out positive examples and give inspiration. You can choose to follow them – or not.
  6. Please also see the information in the [Legal Notice], such as the disclaimer that I do not provide professional medical or nutritional services on this site – as well as the [Privacy Policy] of this website and blog.
  7. Last but not least, a personal request that really means a lot to me: If you have health issues, please do the research on the foods that serve you best – it is absolutely worth it. Talk to your doctor or a trained nutritionist, ask official organizations that can help. You can benefit tremendously from eating the right foods – or just feel better by cutting out what is not working for you.
