  1. As the holidays approach, I’m starting to publish the recipes for this year’s Festive Menu. Next week, I’ll start with the recipe for the starter and main course of the three-course menu. The dessert will follow the week after. This will give you plenty of time to try out the recipes and buy the ingredients before serving the dishes to your friends and family. Just like we do every year.

I would like to draw your attention once again to the excellent work of the EAT Commission and its impressive concept of a food system that provides sustainable nourishment for both us and our planet.
