Let’s get started
After the Christmas break and the start up intermission for the new edition, it’s time to set the second year of the Parsley-Lane Blog in motion (Editorial Winter-Edition 2024).
Coming back from a nice and relaxing holiday season – with the [Festive Menu] by the way – I am excited about a great year ahead.
There will be some familiar but also novel formats some which I have already tested in the Autumn-Edition 23.
So starting with this Winter-Edition 24 there will once a month be an introduction to people (‘Table Talk’), ‘Places with a View’ or ‘Local Foods’ from regions I have traveled to as well as lived at. We will have two recipes per month, one of which will be part of an ingredient special (this month’s special is about mustard).
Of course there are some seasonal topics along the way, so you can sit back and enjoy inspirations from special Fridays ahead (like Women’s Day in March, for example). And Easter will be yummy for sure with a nice [‘Sunday Brunch’].
And – last but not least – for each final post of the month you will read more about the adventures of Salty & Cara with a new story coming up. This time, our two smart lovers have to travel quite far to get to familiar terrain … . Which kind of sets the mood for our second year on this Parsley-Lane as I am going to be out and about as well as ‘on rails’ quite a bit. And I am taking you along on the ride as I seek and learn more about the wide open spaces of mindful eating and good food.
